T25: Your next workout
Have you been sitting on your couch thinking you need to get your body moving? Are you bored or stuck on a plateau with your current fitness routine? Need to spruce it up, spice it up, or suck it up? Here’s an idea for you: Beachbody, the master company of home fitness and nutrition programs, has a fun routine called T25 (T stands for time, as each workout is only 25 minutes long. It can also stand for the trainer, Shaun T).
Zengen is running a special on this program. Join us for the T25 Challenge beginning Monday, March 14th for 10 weeks. It takes over a week (sometimes more like 2) to get your DVDs in the mail, so order today even though March 14th seems far from now. We offer a supportive online community that will be by your side while you complete this program, offering motivation and troubleshooting any problems that come your way. You will get daily motivation sent from us to keep you on track, and membership in a closed group of fellow T25ers. You can post questions, photographs, give advice, get support, anything that helps you complete your goal. You also get access to Zengen staff to help troubleshoot any problems that come up for you.
